Mary Ann O’Neil is the Founding Principal of One to One Leadership, a sales and management training and recruitment company (www.one2oneleadership.com and www.one2onepeople.com). Mary Ann presents regularly on workplace dynamics issues at national and regional conferences, has coached business leaders in Xerox, ADP, First Data Corp and Royal Bank of Scotland, and led thousands of workshops in the US, UK, and West Africa on leading and managing. Presently Mary Ann is a doctoral candidate and working on her first book, Successtrogen.
Ken Buschle , LEED AP, CSI, CCS, CCCA
Gora-McGahey Associates in Architecture
Mr. Buschle became Gora/McGahey’s first full time Contract Administrator in 1988. Since then he has built the Construction Administration department into a three person team which provides specifications research and documents, quality control coordination, probable cost opinions, bidding management and Construction Contract Administration. He is a state and nationally certified building inspector in all major disciplines of construction. From his construction oriented vantage point, Mr. Buschle serves as document review and coordination manager.
Mr. Buschle has lead Gora/McGahey’s twenty year pursuit of sustainable design. As president and board member of the local chapter of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), he has been a leader in introducing cutting edge technology as well common sense environmentally sound practices to the local construction community as well to Gora/McGahey projects.
He administers Gora/McGahey’s in house continuing education programs, with an emphasis on sustainability and building technology. Mr. Buschle has been accredited by the US Green Building Council as a LEED professional (LEED AP) and was instrumental in founding the SW Florida Branch. He is an active member of the Florida Gulf Coast USGBC Chapter, serving on their Speakers Bureau, as well as the Florida Green Building Coalition. He is the recipient of the 2008 SW. FL. AIA “Architectural Achievement Award” for his commitment to promoting sustainability in architecture.
